We are seeking 4 Fullstack Developers (3–6 months, part-time 20 hours/week to full-time) to help design, build, and ship AI-powered healthcare products.

This role focuses on end-to-end product development, combining user research, feature implementation, and rapid experimentation for assistive technology in neurodegenerative diseases (dementia, alzheimers, parkinsons) or cognitive challenges such as autism and schizophrenia.
When successful, you will report the CEO based in Singapore.
Remote or Singapore-based (hybrid options available).
Entire organisation meets weekly on Tuesday 9pm-10pm Singapore which you must be able to attend.

Key Responsibilities
- Research & Discovery (30%)
- Conduct interviews with caregivers and individuals navigating dementia, autism, depression, and brain injury.
- Perform competitive analysis of assistive tech solutions globally.
- Run literature review on cognitive overload, accessibility design, and caregiver burden assessment.
- Help validate problem spaces such as nutrition management, bio-stat tracking, and safety monitoring.
- Design, implement, and analyse surveys for caregivers and related stakeholders.
- Fullstack product development (60%)
- Build and iterate on MVP features such as the Menu Assistant (OCR/translation, audio playback, visual ordering).
- Implement front-end interfaces and back-end APIs that are accessible, reliable, and easy to use.
- Prototype integrations with home security devices (Tuya, Tapo, Aqara, Google APIs) and wearable tech.
- Contribute to cognitive games and tools that support attention, memory, and daily functioning.
- Conduct end-to-end testing, document bugs, and ensure accessibility and quality standards.
- Design and maintain data models for caregiver onboarding, psychological assessment tracking, and user preferences.
- Collaboration & communication (10%)
- Participate in team standups, sprint planning, and reviews.
- Document findings, decisions, and code in Notion and related tools.
- Present research insights and demo features to the broader team.
- Contribute to product roadmap discussions and help refine scope and priorities.
Must-Have Experience
- Technical foundations
- Comfortable with at least one major web stack (e.g. React, Next.js, Node.js, Python backends, or similar).
- Solid experience in Flutter? Bonus.
- Understanding of RESTful APIs or GraphQL, databases, and basic cloud deployment workflows.
- Familiarity with Git and modern development practises (branching, PRs, code review).

- Experience building projects end-to-end (coursework, personal projects, hackathons, or internships).
- Curiosity about users: you ask great questions, listen deeply, and can translate insights into product decisions.
- Strong sense of ownership over features from idea to release.

About You:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a double degree or Masters in Computer Science, HCI, Psychology, Public Health, or related fields, or can demonstrate equivalent real-world experience.
